THIS Will Make YouRe-Consider Your Entire Existence All this is true, we become too dependent on technology, internet, and social media, to the point that we literally feel like we can't live without, I'm from a generation that lived without the internet and technology being apart of my everyday life so trust me you can live without it, you just gotta put it down and focus your time and energy on something else you love where no cellphone, computer, tablet, or tv is required to enjoy yourself, I know it's easier said than done these because we've become so obsessed we our phone, tablets, tv, social media or we're working ourselves to death just to survive but we must find time for ourselves to relax our body and mind and there's so many things to enjoy without technology, we just have to take the time, step away and do it.
